The National Weather Service in State College PA has issued a

* Snow Squall Warning for...
  West central Centre County in central Pennsylvania...
  Northeastern Clearfield County in central Pennsylvania...

* Until 415 AM EST.

* At 318 AM EST, a dangerous snow squall was located along a line
  extending from Penfield to Lecontes Mills to Julian, moving
  southeast at 20 mph.

  HAZARD...Intense bursts of heavy snow. Gusty winds leading to
           blowing snow and visibility rapidly falling to less than
           one-quarter mile. Wind gusts greater than 35 mph.

  SOURCE...Radar and webcams.

  IMPACT...Travel will become difficult and potentially dangerous
           within minutes.

For those driving on Interstate 80, this includes areas between the
Dubois Route 255 and Snow Shoe exits, specifically from mile markers
107 to 146.

Locations impacted include...
Clearfield, Woodland, Penfield, Plymptonville, Snow Shoe, Moshannon,
Black Moshannon State Park, Parker Dam State Park, Lecontes Mills,
S.B. Elliot State Park, Morrisdale, and Grassflat.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Slow down and turn on your hazard lights! Rapid changes in
visibility and road conditions are expected with this dangerous snow
squall. Be alert for sudden whiteout conditions.
