...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT NORTHWESTERN ELK...SOUTHEASTERN
WARREN AND MCKEAN COUNTIES THROUGH 815 PM EDT...

At 730 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking showers and embedded
thunderstorms along a line extending from near Bradford to near
Tionesta. Movement was east at 45 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph. Heavy downpours.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Ceres, Coryville, Bradford, Rew, Cyclone, Ludlow, Marshburg,
University Of Pittsburgh - Bradford, Eldred, Lewis Run, Westline,
Kane, Kinzua Bridge State Park, Clarendon, Bradford Airport, Wetmore,
Sheffield, James City, Kinzua Dam, and Mount Jewett.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Heavy rainfall is also occurring with these storms and may lead to
ponding of water on roadways.
