...A BAND OF HEAVY SNOW WILL AFFECT PARTS OF SULLIVAN...NORTHERN
CLINTON...NORTHERN LYCOMING...AND TIOGA COUNTIES...

At 633 AM EST, a band of heavy snow was located near Hyner, moving
northeast at 70 mph.

Locations impacted include...
Blossburg, Renovo, South Renovo, Arnot, Glen Union, Waterville,
Hyner, Ralston, Ogdensburg, Cammal, Slate Run, English Center, Shunk,
Buttonwood, Little Pine State Park, Trout Run, Liberty, and Ski
Sawmill Ski Area.

The snow can accumulate up to a rate of one inch per hour in this
band of heavy snow. Be prepared for hazardous driving conditions.
Consider delaying travel if you will be going through this band of
heavy snow.

Conditions can deteriorate rapidly in winter weather situations. Be
prepared for snow or ice covered roads. Slow down and allow extra
time when traveling.
