Skies will become mainly clear and winds will decrease tonight as
high pressure builds toward the state. Low temperatures by Friday
morning will range from the mid 20s across the northern mountains
to the mid 30s across the Philadelphia and Harrisburg metro
areas.

A partly to mostly sunny day is expected on Friday, with highs in
the mid to upper 40s to the north of Interstate 80, and in the
low to mid 50s to the south.

The next weather system will bring rain on Saturday with some
stronger thunderstorms possible across the western third of the
Commonwealth Saturday evening. Then, the passage of a cold front
Saturday night will usher in another stretch of cooler and windy
weather with renewed lake effect showers Sunday into early next
week.
