Temperatures will only fall into the 70s for most of Pennsylvania tonight. Wednesday will be the hottest day of the week for much of Commonwealth, with high temperatures in the mid to upper 90s across the Piedmont region. The majority of the time will be rain free, however a stray afternoon shower or thunderstorm cannot be ruled along a southward moving cold front. Smoke from wildfires in Ontario and northern Minnesota will make the skies hazy, and potentially result in poor air quality Wednesday night into Thursday. Temperatures will be on a falling trend for the end of the week into the weekend, as several fronts move across the Keystone state. There will be multiple chances for showers and storms especially late Friday and into the weekend. $$
