A cold front will slowly sag southward from the New York border
this afternoon, and stall over the Keystone state into the weekend.
This will result in a daily chances for showers and thunderstorms
for the next several days.

A significant summer heat wave will continue today across south
central Pennsylvania, and a heat advisory is in place during the
day. Afternoon high temperatures will be mainly in the 80s, but
in the lower 90s across southern sections of the Keystone state.
Lows tonight will range from the 50s across the northeast, to the
lower 70s across the southwestern sections of Pennsylvania. Highs
on Friday will range from the upper 60s and lower 70s across the
northeast portion of the Keystone state, to the 80s across the
west.
