Regional Weather Summary
National Weather Service State College PA
448 PM EDT Wed Jun 4 2025

Another warm early summer day is in store for the Keystone
state on Thursday.

High pressure off the southeast coast will keep a southwest
flow of warm air over the region tonight and Thursday. Some
showers and storms will work into the northern and western
sections of the Keystone state Thursday afternoon, as a cold
front moves eastward from the midwest. A few storms could be on
the strong to severe side, with strong winds being the main
threat. A few heavy downpours will be possible as well.

High temperatures on Thursday will range from the mid to
upper 70s along the Lake Erie shoreline, to the upper 80s across
eastern Pennsylvania.

Showers and storms will linger across the region into Friday and
Saturday, as the cold front stalls near the Maryland border by
late Saturday. Lows Thursday night will be in the lower to mid
60s. High temperatures on Friday will range from the mid to upper
70s across the north and west, to the lower to mid 80s across the
southeast.
