A strong cold front over the central Great Lakes late this
afternoon will track southeast across the Keystone state
overnight. Snow showers will overspread the northern and western
mountains by late evening. The snow showers will end across most
of the area on Tuesday morning, but some snow showers could
linger near Lake Erie into the late afternoon hours. Snowfall
accumulations will range from a dusting to an inch or two across
the far northwest through the late morning hours on Tuesday. Winds
will become gusty as well on Tuesday.

Lows overnight will range from the lower 20s across the northwest,
to the lower 30s across the southeast. Highs on Tuesday will more
typical of winter than spring. High temperatures on Tuesday will
range from the upper 20s across the northwest, 30s across most of
the area, to the lower 40s across the southeast. With clearing
skies on Tuesday night, a hard freeze is in store for most of
Pennsylvania. Lows will range from the upper teens across northern
sections of Pennsylvania, to the mid 20s across the southern part
of the state.

Temperatures will trend milder by the weekend.
