Mainly clear and noticeably cooler tonight with low temperatures
ranging from the upper 30s in the northern tier to the lower 50s
in the Pittsburgh, Harrisburg, and Philadelphia metro areas.

The weather will feel more like Autumn through midweek with mostly
sunny and pleasant days and seasonably cool to chilly nights.
High temperatures for the first day of October on Wednesday will
range from mid 60s in the Endless Mountains and Poconos to the low
70s elsewhere across the Keystone state. Frost is possible late
Wednesday night into early Thursday morning across parts of north
central Pennsylvania where low temperatures could dip toward the
freezing mark in the usual cold spots.

Daytime high temperatures will rebound by late week and trend
well above normal through the first weekend of October. The
bone-dry pattern will continue into next week.
