Regional Weather Summary
National Weather Service State College PA
439 AM EDT Mon Sep 1 2025

A large area of high pressure centered over New York and Lower
Ontario will continue to drift slowly to the east. This will keep
our weather dry with temperatures right at seasonal normals.

Afternoon highs will be in the 70s and morning lows in the upper
40s and 50s each day through Wednesday. Varying amounts of fair
weather clouds can be expected through that period.

The next chance for showers will arrive Wednesday over the
western part of Pennsylvania. A cold front will approach and
expand the chance for showers and thunderstorms to most of the
state on Thursday and Thursday night.
