Survey Summary:
The National Weather Service in State College has confirmed an
EF-1 Tornado along Dutchman and Jerry Ridge roads in northern
Clinton County on Sunday, March 16, 2025. Maximum winds were estimated
at 100 mph.

This was a rural, wooded area, and 300+ trees were either uprooted or
snapped. Most of the damaged trees were softwood, but there were a few
large hardwoods uprooted, particularly on the upstream/southwestern
end of the damage.

We thank the local citizen who brought this damage to our attention,
as well as the Cameron and Clinton County EMAs.

EF0.....65 to 85 mph
EF1.....86 to 110 mph
EF2.....111 to 135 mph
EF3.....136 to 165 mph
EF4.....166 to 200 mph
