...COLD WEATHER ADVISORY HAS EXPIRED...

Temperatures in the advisory area are rising in the single digits
above zero across the Northern and Western Mountains of Pennsylvania
and toward the lower teens in the Central Valleys.

It will still be unseasonably cold for the rest of today with high
temperatures around 20 degrees below normal and wind chills in the
single digits above and below zero.
