...WIND ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 7 PM WEDNESDAY TO 7 PM EST THURSDAY
FOR THE LAUREL HIGHLANDS...

* WHAT...West winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 55 mph expected
  for the Laurel Highlands.

* WHERE...Bedford, Blair, Cambria, and Somerset Counties.

* WHEN...From 7 PM Wednesday to 7 PM EST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around holiday decorations and
  other unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few
  power outages may result.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
