* WHAT...Sub-freezing temperatures between 25 and 30 degrees.

* WHERE...McKean County.

* WHEN...For the Freeze Warning, from 1 AM to 9 AM EDT Thursday. For
  the Freeze Watch, from Thursday evening through Friday morning.

* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other
  sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
  plumbing.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Sub-freezing temperatures observed over a
  several hour duration could end the growing season.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

  will result in frost formation. For the Freeze Watch, sub-freezing
  temperatures in the mid to upper 20s possible.

* WHERE...Cambria, Cameron, Clearfield, Elk, Potter, Somerset,
  Tioga, and Warren Counties.

* WHEN...For the Frost Advisory, from 1 AM to 9 AM EDT Thursday. For
  the Freeze Watch, from Thursday evening through Friday morning.
