line extending from 19 miles north of Ebensburg to 12 miles
northwest of Tyrone to 14 miles southeast of Clearfield to near
State College, moving east southeast at 25 mph.

Brief very heavy rain, wind gusts to 40 mph and occasional cloud to
ground lightning will occur.

These thunderstorms will be near...
  Julian, Port Matilda, and Stormstown around 200 PM EDT.
  State College around 210 PM EDT.
  Blandburg, Pine Grove Mills, and Lemont around 215 PM EDT.
  Tyrone, Boalsburg, and Bald Eagle around 220 PM EDT.
  Warriors Mark around 230 PM EDT.
  Ramblewood and Tipton around 235 PM EDT.
