Patches of dense fog are starting to form around the area early this
morning. The worst visibilities seem to be confined to central
Franklin County, especially along Interstate 81, at 3 AM EST.
However, the fog may become more widespread and more dense within
the next few hours. Please use lots of extra caution if you are
travelling early this morning.
