.DISCUSSION...
**Minor changes to dewpoint forecast the rest of today & Thursday
afternoon/evening.**
Clouds have cleared out this afternoon and should stay that way
through Thursday. A dewpoint bomb occurred at the Bradford Airport
and the Kinzua RAWS this afternoon and winds gusted to 20-35mph
at times. Winds will taper off tonight after sunset and be calm
overnight. Some valley fog is possible tonight by Thursday
morning.
Tonight, Thursday and Thursday night will be dry thanks to the
return of lower dewpoints on a light northwest wind. Thursday`s
Min RHs will be in the 25 to 35 percent range, with some downside
potential in the lower 20s in the event of another dewpoint bomb.
Rain returns to the forecast for Friday for most of Central PA as
another warm front provides lift to some more-moist air coming in
from the southwest. Occasional showers and some thunderstorms
continue Saturday before tapering off later in the weekend.
