A ridge of high pressure over Eastern PA will maintain dry weather today. A weak cold front will push gradually southeast across the state today and a couple of rain showers and even a brief late afternoon and early evening thunderstorm is possible across the Susquehanna Valley. Areas of clouds will linger tonight but it will be generally dry. High pressure will build east and become centered over the state on Saturday, bringing abundant sunshine and comfortable warm temperatures with low humidity and excellent visibility to start the first weekend of October. .REST OF TODAY...
