.DISCUSSION...
Dry weather and light winds are anticipated for the bulk of
Central Pennsylvania today with minimum relative humidity between
30 and 35 percent. However, late day rain or snow showers are
possible over the northern part of the state. A moistening
easterly flow off of the Atlantic Ocean is expected Thursday.
Minimum relative humidity Thursday afternoon should be between 50
and 60 percent over most of Central Pennsylvania.
