.DISCUSSION...
* Sweltering heat and humidity will close out one of the warmest
  starts to the summer season (June + July) on record
* An isolated pop-up/terrain induced thunderstorm is possible this
  afternoon particularly near and to the west of the Laurel
  Highlands; expect greater coverage of storms on Wednesday and
  Thursday
* A significant pattern shift will deliver a prolonged stretch
  of comfortably cooler and refreshing conditions to start the
  month of August
