Partly to mostly cloudy and cold today with max temps below the
freezing mark. Bitterly cold to frigid tonight with low temps in
the single digits and low teens. Increasing clouds Tuesday with
a period of light snow across northwest PA in the afternoon.
A brief warmup is forecast for midweek with windy conditions and
rain or snow on Wednesday followed by lake effect and upslope snow
Wednesday night through Thursday. More widespread accumulating
snow is possible Friday.
