.DISCUSSION...
Generally fair and dry weather will persist across the bulk of
Pennsylvania through this last weekend of July.
A weak trough of low pressure and tongue of low-level moisture
streaming north ahead of it will create a few isolated showers
or a thunderstorm along the western edge of the Allegheny
Mountains this afternoon and evening.
Lower dewpoints and pockets of minRH in the low to mid 30s
will occur across the Susquehanna Valley and points east this
afternoon. A gradual increase in the coverage of showers and
thunderstorms and humidity will occur across the Western half
of the Commonwealth Sunday afternoon and will peak Monday
afternoon and Tuesday as a warm/cold front tandem moves east
across the region.
