.DISCUSSION...
Mostly cloudy with periods of light snow (<1") over the western
and northern Alleghenies later this afternoon into early tonight.
Cold temperatures are forecast tonight in the northern tier and
across all of central PA Monday night into Tuesday morning. A
brief warmup with breezy conditions and mixed precip on Wednesday
will be followed by reinforced arctic air and lake effect snow
Wednesday night and Thursday. An opportunity for more snowfall
may come by the end of the week into the weekend, as well as
gusty winds again on Saturday.
