.DISCUSSION...
Rain will end this morning as a cold front moves east of the area.
Gusty north-northwest winds will follow for today as much drier
are settles into the region. Wind gusts 20-25 mph will be
accompanied by minimum afternoon RH values in the 35-50% range.
Lighter winds are expected Thursday and Friday with minRH values
dropping into the 30-45% range. Frost and freeze conditions are
expected Wednesday night-AM Thursday and Thursday night-AM Friday.
A coastal system could bring showers to eastern PA Sunday and
Monday.
