Low clouds will be slow to dissipate this afternoon as moist
northeasterly flow off of the Atlantic persists. A clearing and
drying trend will develop from north to south tonight.
Min RH values in the 60s and 70s today will fall into the 40s to
low 50s Friday and Saturday with some locations in the North-
Central and Northwest Mountains of PA dipping into the 30 to 35
percent range Friday afternoon.
