Fire Weather Planning Forecast for Central Pennsylvania

.DISCUSSION...

Drier and slightly cooler air will push into NWrn PA today,
with the cold front laying over the Central Mountains this
morning finally pushing  SE and through Harrisburg and Lancaster
later today.

Numerous showers and thunderstorms are expected near and to the
south of this frontal boundary today, with much of the rain over
NErn PA falling this morning. A brief break in the rain will
occur tonight as the front settles south of the state.

Showers and thunderstorms will work back in from the southwest
early Sunday morning and bring widespread showers and
thunderstorms and a moderate to heavy rainfall to the southern
half of PA on Sunday.
