National Weather Service State College, PA
238 PM EDT Tue Aug 19 2025

.DISCUSSION...
Showers and thunderstorms are expected starting before midnight
over the ANF and then working SE across the state. Other than
some drizzle across the southern tier, the rainfall likely won`t
reach past a Sunbury to Lewistown to Bedford line until sunrise
Wed. A cold front will push east across Pennsylvania through the
day and evening on Wednesday. Only isolated showers are possible
over the central ridges on Thursday. Friday looks dry. But,
afternoon and evening showers return on Saturday.
