.DISCUSSION...
Dry weather will continue today with less humid conditions. Some
wildfire smoke will be noticeable over the Laurel Highlands and
western Alleghenies as a light milkiness to the otherwise blue
sky.
Moisture and clouds will increase tonight and some showers could
develop and move north/northeast across the Susquehanna Valley and
points east after midnight.
Widespread showers and thunderstorms are expected on Tuesday with
very humid conditions returning. Some of the storms will likely be
severe with localized damaging wind gusts and also contain heavy
rain.
A cooler and much less humid, Canadian airmass arrives by Wednesday
afternoon followed by a stretch of dry weather lasting through
most, if not the entire weekend.
Relative Humidity forecasts indicate that values should not dip
below the mid 30s any of those days, with many places staying
above 50%.
