.DISCUSSION...
Light rain showers exit the Southeast districts before sunrise. A
couple of showers will remain possible in the eastern portion of
the Northern Tier into the Northeast districts through the
afternoon. However on balance, today will be substantially drier
than recent days across central PA.
Showers and a few thunderstorms are expected across south central
and southeastern PA Thursday afternoon into the evening. Periods
of rain are most likely to continue on Friday over the eastern
half of the Commonwealth.
A drying trend is forecast for Mother`s Day weekend with no rain
forecast into early next week.
