...FLOOD WARNING IN EFFECT UNTIL 615 PM EDT THIS EVENING...
...REPLACES FLASH FLOOD WARNING...

* WHAT...Urban area and small stream flooding caused by excessive
  rainfall is occurring.

* WHERE...A portion of central Pennsylvania, including the following
  counties, Lancaster and York.

* WHEN...Until 615 PM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
  and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Streams
  continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall.
  Expect many areas of slow moving or standing water.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 415 PM EDT, Emergency management reported ongoing
    flooding. Between 3 and 4 inches of rain have fallen.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Lancaster, Columbia, Millersville, Willow Street, Mount Joy,
    East Petersburg, Leola, Salunga-Landisville, Strasburg,
    Mountville, Wrightsville, Leacock, Lampeter, Conestoga, East
    Prospect, Washington Boro, Bird-In-Hand, Smoketown,
    Millersville University and Franklin And Marshall College.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
