North Central Lancaster County in south central Pennsylvania... * Until 130 PM EDT. * At 1022 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated slow moving heavy showers and thunderstorms training over the same location and producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1.5 and 2 inches of rain has fallen over the past hour. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 1.5 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
