Pennsylvania, including the following areas, Adams, Bedford, Blair,
Cambria, Cumberland, Dauphin, Franklin, Fulton, Huntingdon, Juniata,
Lancaster, Lebanon, Mifflin, Perry, Somerset and York.

Flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to
heed remaining road closures.
