COUNTIES THROUGH 215 PM CDT...

At 121 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 8
miles southwest of Ricardo, or 10 miles east of Premont, moving
northwest at 20 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Kingsville, Premont, Ben Bolt, Riviera, Palito Blanco, La Gloria,
Ricardo, and Kingsville Naval Air Station.
