* AFFECTED AREA: Inland Coastal Plains and Eastern Brush Country.

* TIMING: From 10 AM until 6 PM CST Tuesday.

* WIND: South to Southeasterly around 15 mph with gusts 20-25 mph.

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY: As low as 30-45%.

* FUEL DRYNESS: Dry with Energy Release Component values in the
  75-89th percentile.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Affected residents are urged to exercise care with respect to all
outdoor activities that could inadvertently cause wildfires.

weeds that could be ignited.
