.DISCUSSION...

Min RH values this afternoon will drop to 40-50% this afternoon
with slim chances (<10%) of any rain. Winds this morning
initially our out of the north this morning under 5 mph. By late
morning, the return of onshore flow will allow winds to be more
easterly at 5-10 mph. By 5pm, winds will generally be out of the
southeast at 10-15 mph gusting to 20 mph. Mixing heights will be
increasing to 4 kft by noon and gradually decreasing to around 2.5
kft by sunset. Winds overnight become light and calm generally
out of the east.

For Tuesday, winds will generally be out of the southeast,
increasing to 10-15 mph after noon, with min RH values ranging
from 50-60% and slim chances of rain (<10%).
