.DISCUSSION...
Abundant sunshine, low humidity and light and variable winds can be expected
today through Friday.  Winds will start off from the north this morning before
gradually shifting to the east by mid afternoon then becoming southeast late
this afternoon and evening.  Wind speeds will average around 5-7 mph. Minimum
afternoon relative humidity will drop to 25 to 30% by noon before rising back
above 40% by 6pm this evening.  Nearly identical weather conditions can be
expected on Friday with slightly higher humidity levels.
