.DISCUSSION...

Relative humidity values in the 90% range early this morning will
gradually drop throughout the morning before settling in the
50-60% range from noon to about 7 PM, increasing back into the 90%
range again tonight. Winds will begin to increase this morning
peaking from noon until about 7 PM in the 15-20 mph range for
sustained winds with gusts up to 25 mph. Mixing heights early
this morning under 1,000 feet will gradually increase throughout
the morning before peaking in the 2,500-3,500 foot range this
afternoon and dropping back to under 1,000 feet after 7 PM.
