.DISCUSSION...
The big concern for today will be winds between 20-30 mph and gusts
as high as 40 mph over the western Brush Country combining with
minimum RH`s around 30%. This will result in elevated fire weather
conditions over the aforementioned region. However, improving fire
weather conditions can be expected this weekend into early next week
as moisture increases across the area. Higher minimum RHs and
lighter winds late in the weekend will limit fire weather concerns
past Saturday. In addition, low to medium rain and thunderstorm
chances (20-50%) return late weekend and persist through much of
next week, which will also aid in lowering concerns.
