.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...

Moderate to strong southerly winds is expected to persist through
tonight, leading to Small Craft Advisory conditions. Winds will
gradually decrease Monday before relaxing to moderate levels
Monday night. A moderate to occasionally strong northerly flow
will develop in the wake of a weak front on Tuesday. Winds will
weaken and shift back to the southeast overnight Tuesday into
Wednesday. Onshore flow will increase to moderate levels on
Wednesday in advance of another cold front. That front will move
offshore during the day on Thursday with a strong northerly flow
developing late Thursday into Friday. Winds will gradually relax
through the day Friday while shifting back around to the east-
southeast.
