.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...

Gentle to moderate (BF 3-4) southeast breezes will continue tonight
through Monday, with a more moderate breeze tonight through Saturday
as a tropical disturbance moves across the area. The tropical
disturbance will bring a moderate (50-70%) chance of showers and
thunderstorms over the waters this afternoon through Sunday morning.
Winds will decrease Monday night to a light to occasionally moderate
(BF 2-4) flow.
