.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...

Light east-southeast winds will shift to the west-northwest by
Wednesday morning. A cold front will move through the coastal
waters late Wednesday into Thursday morning. The northeast flow
following the frontal passage increases to moderate to strong at
times Thursday morning resulting in brief Small Craft Advisory
conditions. Weak onshore flow returns this weekend. Onshore flow
will strengthen to moderate to strong levels ahead of our next
cold front early next week, leading to another period of Small
Craft Advisory conditions. Moisture increased ahead of the front
will warrant a 20-30% chance of showers and storms over the waters
early next week.
