.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...

Winds will be generally weak to moderate through Monday morning
out of the northwest and north. A few showers linger over the
offshore waters this morning. Weak onshore flow develops by Monday
night and will increase to weak to moderate late Tuesday. A weak
cold front moving southward will move across the waters Thursday
resulting in a weak to moderate northeasterly flow before veering
onshore Friday through the weekend.
