.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...

A moderate to gentle southeast breeze persists tonight with 2-3 ft
seas. Winds primarily will be easterly from Thursday across the
western Gulf resulting in seas increasing to 3-5 ft and then
reducing to 3-4 ft on Friday. Rain chances increase through
Friday.
