AM EST THURSDAY...

* WHAT...Freezing rain expected. Total ice accumulations between one
  tenth and two tenths of an inch.

* WHERE...Portions of north central, northeast, and northwest Ohio.

* WHEN...From 10 PM this evening to 10 AM EST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Difficult travel conditions are possible. The hazardous
  conditions could impact the Thursday morning commute.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Freezing rain will begin transitioning to
  light rain early Thursday morning. However, slick spots may linger
  through mid-morning as surface temperatures remain chilly in the
  mid-30s. Temperatures will warm into the 40s by early afternoon.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Slow down and use caution while traveling. Prepare for possible
power outages.

The Ohio Department of Transportation and Ohio Turnpike and
Infrastructure Commission strongly encourage motorists to heed all
