...ICE STORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 1 PM THIS AFTERNOON TO 7
AM EST THURSDAY...

* WHAT...Significant icing expected. Total snow and sleet
  accumulations up to two inches and ice accumulations between two
  tenths and three tenths of an inch.

* WHERE...Lucas, Ottawa, and Wood Counties.

* WHEN...From 1 PM this afternoon to 7 AM EST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Power outages and tree damage are likely due to the ice.
  Travel will be very difficult due to slippery road conditions and
  periodic poor visibility. The hazardous conditions will impact the
  Wednesday evening and Thursday morning commutes.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A light wintry mix of snow, sleet, and
  freezing rain is possible this afternoon. The heaviest
  precipitation will occur this evening as precipitation transitions
  to primarily freezing rain. Surfaces will rapidly become icy.
  Winds will tend to be light tonight with westerly winds gusting to
  30 mph during the day on Thursday.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Travel is strongly discouraged. If you must travel, keep an extra
flashlight, food and water in your vehicle in case of an emergency.
Prepare for possible power outages.

  quarter of an inch.

* WHERE...Portions of north-central and northwest Ohio.

* WHEN...From 1 PM this afternoon to 7 AM EST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions and periodic poor
  visibility. The hazardous conditions will impact the Wednesday
  evening and Thursday morning commutes.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A light wintry mix is possible this afternoon
  with snow, sleet, and freezing rain increasing into this evening.
  A transition to all freezing rain will occur towards sunset with
  untreated surfaces quickly becoming slick. The heaviest
  precipitation will occur this evening into the first half of
  tonight. Winds will tend to be light tonight but westerly winds
  will gust to 30 mph during the day on Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions and periodic poor
  visibility. The hazardous conditions will impact the Wednesday
  evening commute.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A mix of snow, sleet, and freezing rain will
  move into northwest Pennsylvania this afternoon into this evening.
  A brief period of light snow and ice accumulations are expected
  before warmer air allows the precipitation to change to all rain
