  extending from 6 miles southwest of Spring Creek to Guys Mills,
  moving east at 30 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

  IMPACT...Minor damage to vehicles is possible. Expect damage to
           trees and power lines.
