  extending from Hartville to North Canton to near Massillon, moving
  east at 35 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

  IMPACT...Expect damage to trees and power lines.

  Canton, Massillon, Green, Alliance, North Canton, Louisville,
