line extending from near Spring Creek to near Garrettsville to near
Willard, moving southeast at 30 mph.

Wind gusts up to 30 mph.
Visibility dropping to a half mile or less.
Up to 1 inch of quick snow accumulation.

Locations impacted include...
Akron, Canton, Youngstown, Elyria, Mansfield, Warren,
Medina, Wooster, Ashland, Norwalk, Meadville, Ravenna, Parma,
Cuyahoga Falls, Strongsville, Boardman, Brunswick, Massillon, and
