...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT OTTAWA...ERIE AND LORAIN COUNTIES
THROUGH 745 PM EDT...

At 701 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near Kelleys Island to near Avon Lake. Movement
was southeast at 45 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Lorain, Elyria, Sandusky, Western Vermilion, Vermilion, Kelleys
Island, North Ridgeville, Avon Lake, Amherst, Grafton, Northern
Milan, Avon, Sheffield Lake, Eaton, Oberlin, Sheffield, Lagrange,
South Amherst, Pittsfield, and Marblehead.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms and may lead
to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 900 PM EDT for
north central, northeastern and northwestern Ohio.
