Periods of wet accumulating snow, heavy at times, are expected
through this late morning, especially in western and central
portions of Lucas County. Snowfall rates up to one inch per hour
and visibility as low as 1/4 mile are expected. Additional snow
accumulations through 10 AM this morning should be a coating to
two inches. Motorists should be prepared to encounter reduced
visibility and slick, snow covered roadways, especially along
bridges, including overpasses.
