...PATCHY DENSE FOG THIS MORNING...

Fog has developed across portions of Northeast Ohio and Northwest
Pennsylvania this morning with clearing skies and residual low-
level moisture in the area. Visibility may drop to one-quarter of
a mile at times this morning. Remain alert to rapidly changing
visibility. Be sure to slow down and use your low beam headlights
when you encounter any fog.

Fog should quickly dissipate after sunrise with visibility
improving by 9 AM.
