The National Weather Service in Cleveland has issued a

* Special Marine Warning for...
  Nearshore and Open waters from Maumee Bay OH to Willowick OH...

* Until 130 AM EDT.

* At 1158 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from 20 nm southwest of North Cape to 30 nm southwest of
  Sandusky Bay, moving northeast at 55 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts in excess of 50 knots.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Boats could suffer significant structural damage in high
           winds. Small craft could capsize in suddenly higher
           waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  Reno Beach, Put-In-Bay, Western Vermilion, Kelleys Island, Sandusky
  Bay, Lorain Harbor, Willowick, Vermilion, and Cleveland.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 400 AM EDT for north central,
northeastern and northwestern Ohio...and the adjacent waters of Lake
Erie.

Move to safe harbor immediately as gusty winds and high waves are
expected.
