* WHAT...Northwest winds 15 to 25 knots and waves 2 to 4 feet
  expected.

* WHERE...The nearshore waters of Lake Erie from Maumee Bay to
  The Islands OH.

* WHEN...From 7 PM Saturday to 10 PM EST Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Water levels are expected to fall on the
  western basin of Lake Erie but remain near or just above the
  critical mark for safe navigation. The lowest water levels are
  expected to occur Sunday morning and afternoon.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels, should avoid navigating in hazardous conditions.
